Can I host my site with ENOISE while having my domain registered with another company?

Yes, you can.

There are a couple of ways to do this. Whichever way you go, the first thing to do is to get a hosting package with us.

With that in place, the preferred way to have us as your host, would be to change the name servers for your domain to our name servers (ns.mainnameserver.com and ns2.mainnameserver.com). Your registrar should provide you with a way to do this.

Alternatively, you can change your domain DNS settings to direct web traffic to our server. Your registrar should also provide you with a way do manage DNS settings. You will have to create an A record for all sub-domains (*) and the www sub-domain (www) to point to our server responsible for your hosting package by IP address. The reason we prefer the previous method to this one, is that we cannot guarantee that the IP addresses of our servers won’t change. You can find this IP address in the Welcome email we send you when your hosting package is created, or from the “Temp Web Address” link under the “Account Info” section on the top right of the hosting control panel.
