My mailbox is full, not receiving mail and/or mail bounces

All shared hosting packages are limited to 400MB per mailbox. You could either delete some mail (ensure your mail client is set to not leave any copies of deleted or sent mail on the server), or upgrade to “Premium mailbox”.
